CHALLENGE IN NIGERIA PROCEEDS

Alhaji Mohammed Dikko Yusuf will at least have his day in court. He has challenged the results of Nigeria's April presidential elections, and an attempt by President Olusegun Obasanjo to convince the courts to dismiss the case has failed, as this article in the Guardian notes.
