TV IN THE COURTROOM

Are defendants harmed when their lawyers agree to wear wires for a TV documentary of the trial, without the consent of the defendant? It's possible. A Massachusetts appeals court wants an evidentiary hearing in the case of Commonwealth v. Downey.
