GERMAN SMOKING SUIT VERDICT NEXT WEEK

Tagesschau notes that the first decision in a German smoker's suit against a tobacco company is going to be announced next week. A court in Westphalia is going to decide whether or not to hold Reemtsma liable for the health consequences of a 56 year old man. He's asking for just over 200,000 Euro.
