WORD OF THE DAY

Pahoehoe.

Went to Mauna Ulu yesterday. Perhaps it's banal to say so, but I experienced it as a humbling place.

Could have been (partly) the hour-long downpour that we slogged through, I suppose. Still, the earth is quite an unbelievable place when you think about it.
