RONDEAU v. BIX

Another French mayor has decided to sue a blogger for defamation. (via here) Said blogger thinks that the statute of limitations has run, though. The mayor notified his hosting company about the suit before he notified Bix, presumably with the intention of encouraging the hosting company to put pressure on him.
