Write a 3-5 page paper on the following topic:

Imagine a discussion between a communitarian and a libertarian on the topic of media ownership, and the subject of the news media and free, over-the-air TV in particular, along the lines of the discussion that the FCC has participated in and served as a catalyst for in the past year. What are the advantages and disadvantages of each approach? What sorts of goods would these two individuals seek from the media, and what sorts of ownership structures would be preferred by each? You can either write your paper in a traditional paper format or try your hand at a dialogue between two individuals from the novel or two individuals from your own imagination.
